Eleanor Maoz is currently serving as an Enrollment & Match Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area, where responsibilities include conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments for new volunteers and families, creating mentorship matches, and leading initiatives to improve agency processes. Previous experience includes teaching middle school study skills at Aspire Richmond Cal Prep, serving as a teacher assistant at Warner Avenue School, and conducting research while being an undergraduate research scholar at UCLA's Center for the Transformation of Schools. Additionally, Eleanor held roles with Women and Youth Supporting Each Other, Clean Consulting, Jazz Hands For Autism, and GPG, accumulating a diverse skill set in education, community engagement, research, and project management. Eleanor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and has completed an exchange semester at Utrecht University.
