Erica Carter

Erica Carter has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership and finance roles. Erica is currently the CEO of Big Edition since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Member at Chief from December 2021 to December 2022.

Erica's previous experience includes being the CEO of Livingly Media from April 2017 to April 2022. During their time there, they successfully led strategic initiatives such as a stock acquisition by Recurrent Ventures, diversification of revenue streams, and the development and launch of two digital media brands. Before becoming CEO, they served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager from December 2015 to April 2017, overseeing all business functions and implementing profitable strategies. Erica also held the role of Vice President of Finance from February 2013 to December 2015, where they managed finance, accounting, HR, and administrative functions, securing financing and successfully selling the company.

Additionally, Erica has served as a Board Member at Digital Content Next from January 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at One Kings Lane, where they held the positions of Director of Operations Finance from February 2012 to January 2013 and Assistant Controller from February 2011 to February 2012.

Erica began their career at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Manager, Corporate Treasury & Accounting. During their time there, they led cross-functional projects, forecasted financial statements, and managed a team. Earlier in their career, Erica spent 6 years at Ernst & Young, starting in core audit services and eventually specializing in mergers & acquisitions due diligence and completing an international rotation in Zurich, Switzerland.
