Marjorie Barrera

Marjorie Barrera, MBA, has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience spanning over a decade. Marjorie started their career at IBM Corporation as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they worked from 2007 to 2011. Marjorie then continued to develop their skills at FreshDirect as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on Employee Relations, from 2011 to 2012. Marjorie then moved on to Smarte Carte, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they joined Spectronics Corporation as a Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Marjorie holds the position of Human Resources Director at Big Geyser Inc., where they have been employed since 2016.

Marjorie Barrera, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boricua College from 2001 to 2004. Marjorie then pursued their Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Management Information Systems, at Dallas Baptist University from 2005 to 2006.
