Stella Gary-Keane

Stella Gary-Keane is an experienced executive in talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Big Lots since April 2012. In this role, Stella develops and leads strategies for recruiting and retaining high-potential talent, succession planning, management and leadership development, performance management, learning, training, and organizational development. Prior to Big Lots, Stella held various leadership positions at Foot Locker, Inc., including Director of Talent Development and Director of Human Resources, showcasing a strong background in HR management and organizational development. Stella holds a Masters in Organizational Development from Temple University and a Bachelors in Business Management from PennWest Clarion.
