Anne Fisher

Anne Fisher is an experienced inventory management professional currently serving as the Inventory Manager at Big Night Entertainment Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Anne worked as an Office Associate at Coastal Eye Associates and had a long tenure at Blue Plate Catering, where responsibilities included managing foodservice operations, purchasing, and maintaining costs for off-premise catering events. Anne's earlier roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at The Chicago Community Trust and as a Foodservice Purchasing Agent/Special Assistant to the Executive Chef at Artistic Events by Carlyn Berghoff Catering, where expertise in vendor negotiations and logistical support was developed. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Arts, Entertainment & Media Management from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Bradley University.
