Phillip Padlan

Phillip Padlan has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as Melt Shop Supervisor at Big River Steel since August 2015, where responsibilities have included overseeing various supervisory roles such as Refractory Supervisor and Melting Supervisor. Prior to this, Phillip worked at Steel Dynamics, Inc. as Melting Supervisor from October 2007 to August 2015, and began a career in the sector at Nucor Berkeley as 1st Helper from September 1997 to October 2007, demonstrating a solid progression in skills and leadership in steel production processes.
