Justin Jenkins

Justin Jenkins currently serves as the Director of Events, Operations and Sports Administration at The Big Ten Conference, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Assistant Commissioner for Sports Administration and Championships at the Big South Conference from October 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included being the primary sport administrator for various sports and overseeing officiating programs. From March 2021 to October 2022, Justin worked with the Patriot League as the Associate Director of Championships and Business Operations, managing championships for multiple sports and updating championship manuals. Prior to entering sports administration, Justin was a recruiter at Aerotek, specializing in full-cycle recruiting for the banking and financial services sectors. Justin holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Gardner-Webb University.
