Raditriono has a diverse work experience in the field of logistics and warehouse management. Raditriono started their career at Busana Apparel Group as an Export Staff, where they demonstrated strong multitasking skills and facilitated the shipment process in the factory. Raditriono then joined PT. Hwaseung Indonesia as an Exim Staff, where they gained experience in export-import activities. After that, Raditriono worked at DPO International as a Logistics Executive, where they were responsible for creating sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices, as well as preparing import permits. Currently, they are working at Big Tree Farms Inc. as the Logistics - Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager, overseeing the storage and movement of goods and managing inventory transactions. Raditriono also served as a Logistics Manager at Big Tree Farms, where they were responsible for delivering materials on time and optimizing inventory efficiency through managing systems and processes. Overall, Raditriono has demonstrated strong expertise in logistics and warehouse management throughout their career.

Raditriono's education history includes completing a Magister Management degree in Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia from Universitas Sebelas Maret, which they pursued from 2022 to 2024.
