Lucas Fishback

Lucas Fishback has over 20 years of diverse experience in engineering and business leadership. Currently serving as Director at American Efficient since November 2018 and Chief Cracker Officer at Big Wheel Foods since January 2024, Lucas focuses on creating nutritious snacks while exploring food business innovations. Prior experience includes founding and leading PlotWatt as CEO, which specialized in transforming smart grid data for electricity consumers. Lucas's technical background includes roles at Lockheed Martin Space Systems within their Engineering Leadership Development Program, and earlier work as a Bridge Engineer at Broadacres Ranch, where a 130 ft suspension bridge was designed and constructed. Lucas's career began with founding Luke's Garbage Service at the age of 14, providing waste disposal in a rural Georgia community. Educational credentials include multiple degrees from Dartmouth College in engineering and engineering management.
