Nicole D’Amour Schneider

Nicole is granddaughter of co-founder Paul D’Amour and daughter of Donald D’Amour. She was appointed VP of supermarket operations in 2019, with specific focus on the daily operations of the supermarket division. D’Amour Schneider previously was Big Y’s senior director of store operations. She has five district directors reporting to her, and she will continue to drive operational excellence throughout the chain. She reports to Bossie.
