Sam McLellan has a long and successful career in the gaming industry. Sam began their career in 2009 as an Online Operations Associate for YouTube Partner Program, where they played a leadership role in launching a new video partnership program and helped YouTube become profitable. In 2010, they joined Kabam as a User Acquisition Marketing and Global Product Lead, Revenue, where they created global monetization strategies for a portfolio of 5 mobile and web games and increased daily revenue baseline by 6x on average. In 2014, they moved to Netmarble Games as a Senior Marketing Manager, User Acquisition, and established the user acquisition program for the US branch. In 2015, they became Co-Founder and Principal Consultant of Aqwire and User Acquisition Marketing Manager of Zynga, where they globally launched Empires and Allies in over 20 different countries. In 2016, they joined FlyCleaners as Director of Growth, overseeing all elements of their marketing efforts. In 2018, they moved to Yousician as Head of Growth and Head of User Acquisition, where they built an internal marketing BI system from scratch and lead the user acquisition, creative production and marketing analytics teams. In 2020, they joined Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as Monetization & Growth, D2C. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Marketing Officer of BigBrain Games.

Sam McLellan attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Graphic Communications with emphasis on Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory.
