Steve Archer

Steve Archer is a Senior Research Scientist at Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences. Steve has held this position since March 2012.

Prior to their current role, Steve was a Senior Scientist at Plymouth Marine Laboratory from February 1997 to March 2012.

Steve Archer has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Liverpool and a Doctor of Philosophy in Marine Biology and Physiology from the University of St Andrews.

Steve Archer reports to Deborah Bronk, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jim McManus - Senior Research Scientist, Tim Pinkham - Director of Facilities, and Robert Schmedicke - Managing Director of Technology Development.
