Grant Pike

Grant Pike is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and business innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Bigge Crane and Rigging Co. since March 2021, Grant has previously held roles as a Solutions Architect and Business Innovation Analyst within the same company. Prior experience at Cintas included a Management Trainee position, where involvement in a leadership training program encompassed diverse business areas such as Production Management and Six Sigma. In this role, Grant supervised a team of drivers and successfully led a warehouse redesign that significantly improved efficiency. Additionally, during a Finance Intern role at Northwestern Mutual, Grant was elected Sales Captain, achieving top sales performance in the Dallas market and developing financial plans for clients. Grant holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University, graduated in 2018.
