Lori Henry has a diverse work experience in various roles related to health equity, quality alignment, compliance, safety, and human resources. Lori has served as the Director of Health Equity and Quality Alignment at Bighorn Valley Health Center since February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Quality/Compliance/Safety/HR Manager at Sweet Medical Center from February 2017 to November 2018. Lori also had their own consulting business, Integral Consulting, where they worked as the Manager/Owner from September 2016 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Lori held the position of HR Manager at Triangle Communications from May 2007 to September 2016, and they also served as the Human Resources Manager at Hill County Electric Cooperative during the same time period.
Lori Henry has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from U of M Western. Lori also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, SHRM-SCP, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®). Lori obtained the SPHR® certification in 2010, the SHRM-SCP certification in 2015, and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in 2018.
