Jimin Choi is an experienced professional in customer success management with a strong background in technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at BigID since January 2021, Jimin previously held multiple roles within the company, including Sr. Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions at LogicMonitor, where Jimin focused on managing service providers and expanding business potential through advanced monitoring technology.
