Mandela H. has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering and technical support. In 2019, Mandela joined Bigleaf Networks as a Network Support Specialist, providing support to retail customers and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. They configured Cisco and Juniper layer 2 devices and provisioned routers with the Bigleaf platform using custom scripts.
