Mandela H.

Mandela H. has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering and technical support. They began their career at Butte-Silver Bow Government as an MIS intern, where they performed minor administrative tasks and gained experience in network monitoring, Cisco equipment configuration, and Active Directory administration. They then progressed to the role of Junior Network/Systems Engineer, and later as a Computer Systems Analyst - Network Engineer, focusing on network infrastructure documentation and computer support.

In 2019, Mandela joined Bigleaf Networks as a Network Support Specialist, providing support to retail customers and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. They configured Cisco and Juniper layer 2 devices and provisioned routers with the Bigleaf platform using custom scripts. In 2020, Mandela was promoted to the role of Network Support Engineer, requiring a deeper understanding of data networking technologies and Linux-based operating systems. They effectively presented findings and analysis to customers and tier 1 technicians. Currently, Mandela holds the position of Technical Support Manager at Bigleaf Networks, where they continue to excel in providing technical support and leading a team.
