Arianna Cerchi

Arianna Cerchi is an experienced professional in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a People Partner at Big Mamma Group since October 2024, Arianna previously worked as a Human Resources Administrator at ETM Group London from February 2023 to September 2024. Prior roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and various management positions at CAFE MURANO LIMITED. Arianna's early career began as a Waitress at Martini restaurant. In terms of education, Arianna completed a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Practice at ICS Learn and is pursuing a CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Additionally, Arianna holds a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits and has completed an English Language Course at Kaplan International College London.
