La Toya Gibbs

La Toya Gibbs has worked in Human Resources since 2015. La Toya began their career at Fougera Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Human Resources employee. Her duties included payroll reconciliation, ensuring associates and managers were paid correctly, and preparing employee time card transactions. In 2018, they moved to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Accountant. Her responsibilities included updating Open Positions/Offers report, updating requisition forms, collecting job descriptions, scheduling, travel, and relocation for candidates. Currently, Gibbs is employed at JAM BNC as a Human Resources Business Partner. Her duties include processing weekly and biweekly payroll for over 125 employees, informing compensation of wage and hour dept of labor changes, and implementing new Health and Welfare employee benefit plans.

La Toya Gibbs attended Virginia Union University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management/ HR.
