Tanvi Kapoor

Tanvi Kapoor is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Big Oh Tech. Tanvi has also previously worked as a Scientific Analyst at Craterzone Private Limited and Bioversity International.

At their previous company, Bioversity International, they took on a leadership role in managing and coordinating the CGIAR Research Program to ensure that it was aligned with strategic business objectives. Tanvi was also responsible for writing test-plans, TOLs and test-cases for business procedures/applications. In addition, they carried out regular triage meetings to identify and resolve critical testing faults.

During their time at Bioversity International, they also participated in the preparation of Project plans, user acceptance testing and walk-throughs for climate modeling tool DIVA GIS. Tanvi was responsible for developing relationships and communicating with donors and partners at various levels. As a result of their efforts, they were able to improve the company performance by securing new partners, negotiating engagements and launching new projects.

In their previous role as a Scientific Analyst at Craterzone Private Limited, they were responsible for program and portfolio management activities within the Sales and Marketing division. Tanvi implemented project management and disciplines scanning APIs in the areas of scheduling, quality control, communication management, cost management and procure management. In addition, they mentored staff in methodology and consulting excellence and encouraged best practice in project management and project planning. Tanvi Kapoor earned a Master's Degree in Biotechnology and Bioinfrmatics from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.

Tanvi Kapoor reports to Sourabh Kapoor, CEO. They work with Aafreen Hannan - HRBP, Prapti Kohli Sharma - Digital Marketing Manager, and Asma Khan - Tech Architect_Android & J2EE. Gurpreet Singh - Talent Acquisition, Varsh Bhardwaj - Talent Acquisition, and Suhanee Kesharwani - HR Operations report to Tanvi Kapoor.
