Eyal Efroni

VP, Customer Success at BigPanda

Eyal Efroni is the VP of Customer Success at BigPanda. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Developer at vCita, one of the first developers of the company. Eyal was responsible for developing a web application using Ruby on rails, cutting edge web technologies (including HTML5 CSS3 SASS Compass HAML) and cloud based services. Eyal was also responsible for many of the company's integrations, including wordpress / joomla / blogger / paypal / tropo and others.

At SundaySky, Eyal served as the Professional Services Team Leader, establishing a highly productive and dynamic team of 4 PS engineers who built customized client solutions on top of SundaySky's video platform. In addition to leading the team, they were also responsible for all technical integrations with customers and participated in the architecture design of SundaySky's core products.

Before their work in the private sector, Eyal served as an SOA Architect for the Israel Defense Forces from August 2002 to June 2008.

Eyal Efroni has a B.A in Computer Science from Ha'Universita Ha'Petuha and a Computer Science degree from The IDF School for Computer Professions (Mamram).

Their manager is Jason Walker, Chief Customer Officer.
