Luke Connolly-Sherwood

Luke Connolly-Sherwood is an experienced professional in IT and customer experience management, currently serving as Regional Manager - EMEA at BigPanda, focusing on enhancing IT reliability through AIOps since May 2023. Previously, Luke held various roles at SAP, including Account Director for Retail & Wholesale and Senior Account Executive for Mid-Market, driving customer engagement and revenue for major retailers. Prior to SAP, Luke worked at Experian as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, managing key retail clients and utilizing data to improve customer interactions. Other roles include Sponsorship Sales Specialist at Slingshot Sponsorship, Business Development at RadiumOne, and co-founding a music event, Get Funk'd. Luke began a career in marketing and legal internships, and holds a BA Econ in Politics and Sociology from The University of Manchester.
