Balavinayagam Samynathan

As Co-Founder and Technical Director of Core Engineering, Bala focuses on the core acceleration product. He is a pioneer in accelerating BigData workloads using heterogeneous hardware and software. At Bigstream, he develops and manages hardware-software interfaces, IP development for FPGA, design and implementation of compilers for FPGA as well as compilers for Big Data and Database. Bala started his career at Broadcom Research India, where he worked on ASIC development.
