Bart Msimangira

Bart Msimangira has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and development. Bart is currently the Director of Software Engineering at BigTime Software, Inc., a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Software Engineering Manager at the same company from April 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining BigTime Software, Inc., Bart worked at PartsTrader Markets Limited as a Software Developer from January 2015 to December 2015. In this role, they designed, developed, maintained, and provided support for new and existing features on the Partstrader platform.

Bart's earlier experience includes working at Xander e-Solutions Web Design & Development as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2009 to December 2014. During this time, they designed and developed custom web solutions using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Bart also led the development of web-based solutions for insurance company employees.

Throughout their career, Bart has demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills, including leading Scrum meetings, managing teams, and scoping out technical requirements for projects.

From 2004 to 2008, Bart Msimangira attended The University of Auckland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering.
