Amol Masalkhamb

Amol Masalkhamb is a committed professional in the field of development, currently serving as a Young Professional Thematic Manager focused on insurance and alternate banking initiatives with the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEViKA) since July 2023. As a member of the Friendship Social Foundation since March 2019, Amol contributes to efforts aimed at bridging the gap between visually impaired individuals and the wider community. Previous experience includes an internship with the Central Himalayan Rural Action Group, engaging with educational initiatives in Nainital District, and involvement with the Research Institute of World Ancient Tribal Culture Heritage, where community engagement with Idu-Mishmi and Adi tribes took place. Amol holds a Master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fergusson College.
