Ornella Dalmazzo has extensive experience in consulting and financial management, particularly in health and administrative sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores since January 2009, Ornella has held various significant roles, including Chief of Administration at O.S. from December 2017 to November 2020 and Consultant for the Government of Buenos Aires in health strengthening initiatives. With expertise in acquisitions and human resources, Ornella has contributed to several projects, including those for the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Health of Argentina. Educated at the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a degree in Public Accounting and a diploma in Health Management from the Instituto Universitario de la Fundación ISALUD, Ornella combines academic credentials with practical experience in diverse consulting environments.
