He has played a major role in the development of loyalty in an extremely competitive context. He has worked with some of the biggest European brands, such as Mothercare, Dell, AOL, BDR Thermea and Baxi.
Stephen previously led a team at ADVFN for 5 years and was part of Nettec, a consumer digital solutions distribution company for large groups such as News International.
