Barbara Montanari Kuykendall, M.Ed.

Barbara Montanari Kuykendall, M.Ed. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2008, they worked as an English, Spanish, and Mathematics teacher at Virgilio Centro Didattico. In 2010, they became an Executive Assistant at Ecologia Soluzione Ambiente S.p.A. The following year, they worked as a Foreign Language Teacher for young children at Language Stars. From 2013 to 2014, Barbara worked as an Academic Affairs Department Assistant at DePaul University. In 2015, they joined the Bilingual Education Institute, first as an ESL Outreach/Liaison and later as a Case Manager/Program Coordinator. In 2016, Barbara took up various roles - Italian Language Teacher at The Italian Cultural & Community Center, Tutor at StudyPoint, and Property Manager at Kuykendall's Properties. Barbara Montanari continued to work at Bilingual Bridges, first as a Bilingual Teacher starting in 2017, and then as an Education Program Manager starting in November 2019.

Barbara Montanari Kuykendall, M.Ed. has an extensive education history. Barbara Montanari obtained their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Bilingual, Multilingual, and Multicultural Education from DePaul University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, Barbara earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, studying there from 2004 to 2009. Barbara Montanari completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico, receiving a diploma in science education from 1999 to 2004.
