Burak Özalpay is the current Chief People & Culture Officer at BiLira. Burak was previously a Consultant at Amrop from October 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were an Advisor (Reporting & Tech) at Atlantis Management Group from February 2019 to April 2020. Before that, he was a Specialist - Advisory Services at JLL in 2015 and stayed there until January 2019. In the realm of professional endeavors, he has forged a non-traditional career path, embarking on a journey that commenced during his high school years. From co-founding an association to venturing into consultancy, entrepreneurship, and assuming the role of a head hunter, to scaling a startup from 10 to 40 people. His career trajectory is a testament to his versatility and adaptability in navigating diverse sectors.
