Sane Ngidi

Sane Ngidi currently serves as the Africa Human Resources Lead at the Gates Foundation, where leadership is provided across multiple country offices to align talent and HR processes with the foundation's mission. Additionally, Sane lectures on Industrial Psychology at the University of Pretoria, focusing on practical applications in the workplace. Prior experience includes a Principal role at Heidrick & Struggles, delivering leadership consulting in Sub-Saharan Africa, and serving as Head of Human Capital for the Global Markets Division at Rand Merchant Bank, where strategic HR management was a key focus.
