Scott Boyd

Scott Boyd has extensive experience in strategy, planning, and management in various roles. At the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Scott served as the Deputy Director of Strategy, Planning, and Management in the China Country Office until March 2024. Additionally, Scott is an Independent Consultant for M&A Advisors, focusing on content licensing negotiation, due diligence, integration planning, development of M&A integration playbooks, and coaching. Prior to these roles, Scott worked at Amazon for nearly a decade, advancing to Corporate Development Integration Director, leading integration efforts for AWS. Scott began a professional career at PwC as a Senior Associate and also gained experience as a Senior Consultant and Staff Consultant at Capgemini Consulting. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and International Studies from the University of Washington.
