Miroslav Žiak has a diverse range of work experience. Miroslav currently holds the position of Head of CRM & Digital Marketing at BILLA Slovensko since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Experience (CEE) at Berlin Brands Group from May 2021 to December 2021.

Miroslav was also a Back Office Manager from April 2009 to June 2010, overseeing customer service for residential and business clients.

Before joining Orange Slovensko, Miroslav worked at Orange Slovakia as a Call Center Manager from 1998 to 2009. Overall, Miroslav Žiak has a solid background in CRM, customer experience management, and leadership roles within various companies.

Miroslav Žiak completed their education from 2002 to 2007 at Comenius University in Bratislava, where they obtained a Master's degree in the Faculty of Education. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from FBE Bratislava in March 2015.
