Rolf Broer has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rolf began their career as an ICT employee at DOC kaas from February 2006 to February 2010. Rolf then moved on to Onetomarket, where they worked as an SEO Consultant from February 2010 to July 2013, assisting clients in various industries with improving their online visibility and website conversion rates. Since February 2013, Rolf has been with wehkamp, where they have held several roles, including Sr. Online Marketeer, Team lead SEO, Team lead e-mail marketing, and Manager CRM & Marketing Analytics. In December 2019, they were promoted to Head of Marketing Channels and later became the Head of CRM, Digital Marketing & Analytics in March 2021. Rolf'sexpertise lies in customer engagement, digital marketing, analytics, and SEO.

Rolf Broer completed their education with a Master's Degree in Information Science/Studies from the University of Groningen from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Systems from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2007 to 2010. Rolf also pursued Network and System Administration at Alfa College from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they earned the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in 2009 and the Prince2 Foundation certification in the same year. Rolf also received training from Cardinal Path and obtained an Analytics Certification.
