Kyle Howard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Kyle'smost recent position is as the Director of Subscriber Success at Biller Genie, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Support at Insellerate, starting in August 2021 and ending in February 2023. In this role, they achieved significant improvements in ticket resolution, SLA compliance rates, and CSAT scores. Kyle also played a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of team members and engineered the annual review process for the company.

Before joining Insellerate, Kyle worked as the Director of Customer Support at Call Box from August 2018 to July 2021. At Call Box, they contributed to the development of a first-of-its-kind call tracking software and fostered a culture of growth and innovation.

In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Mounted Chemical Reconnaissance from the United States Department of Defense in March 2016, Basic Radiation Safety from the United States Department of Defense in June 2015, and HazMat Ops - Personal Protective Equipment, Hazardous Materials Operations, and Hazardous Materials Technician from the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress in October 2013. Kyle also holds a certification in Criminal Profiling from the University of Central Florida, obtained in May 2013.
