Lara Felske

Lara Felske's work experience includes roles in various companies. Lara is currently the People Operations Lead at Biller, where they have contributed to the team's growth and collaborated with all departments to support business development. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Lead at SkinVision, where they partnered with management to optimize organizational efforts and align teams towards company goals. Lara also served as the first HR Officer at SkinVision, where they built HR operations from scratch and implemented various functions. Lara has also worked as an HR Project Manager at Philips, providing support to HRBPs in planning and implementing initiatives. In addition, they worked as a Freelance Event Coordinator, handling logistical activities and brand positioning for major events across different continents. Lara's entrepreneurial experience includes founding two startups in the retail industry, where they developed business, marketing, and financial plans based on market trends and consumer behavior.

Lara Felske began their education in 2012 at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where they studied Business Management with a focus on business development. Lara transferred to Leiden University in 2013 and completed their International Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, Lara also attended the University of Amsterdam to further their studies in Psychology. Lara then pursued a Master's degree in Social & Organizational Psychology at Leiden University, which they attained between 2016 and 2018.

Additionally, in April 2018, Lara Felske received a certification in End to End Lean Training from Philips.
