Claire Upperdine

Claire Upperdine has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Claire began their career at Bonmarche as a Payroll Administrator in 2005. Claire then moved on to resource Services Group™, where they worked as an HR Support Manager from 2006 to 2014. In 2014, they joined learndirect Limited as an HR Advisor and stayed until 2016. Following that, they worked at VictoriaPlum.com as an HR Manager until 2017. Currently, Claire is employed at Billington Holdings Plc, starting as a Group HR Manager and later transitioning to the role of Associate Director - HR in April 2022.

Claire Upperdine completed an Associate's Degree in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institue of Payroll Professionals from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2015-2016, they earned a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University Centre Doncaster.
