Laura Arce

Laura Arce has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Billpocket since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director of Human Resources at CompuCom from February 2018 to May 2021.

Before CompuCom, Laura served as the Head of Human Resources Mexico at Computacenter from April 2016 to January 2018. In 2012, they worked at Barclays as a Human Resources Vice President for a brief period from November 2012 to May 2013.

From August 2010 to November 2012, Laura was a Human Resources Senior Manager at CompuCom. Prior to that, they worked at HSBC as an HR Business Partner for the Private Banking and Global Banking & Markets lines of business from July 2009 to July 2010.

Laura'searlier career includes roles at American Express, where they served as an Operations Manager from July 2008 to June 2009, and as an HR Manager & Relationship Leader from February 2007 to August 2008. Laura also worked as an HR Manager & Relationship Leader for the American Express Private Bank at American Express Bank from September 2006 to January 2007.

Laura started their career at Accenture as an HR Analyst from April 1999 to March 2002. Throughout their various roles, Laura has gained extensive experience in human resources, strategic counseling, leadership development, and employee relations.

1. From 1992 to 1996, Laura Arce attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

2. In 2003, Laura Arce pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, A.C. Laura completed their degree in 2005.

3. In 2019, Laura Arce obtained a diploma in Coaching Ejecutivo y Alineación de Equipos from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

4. Also in 2019, Laura Arce became a Certified Life Coach from the ICF International Coaching Federation.

5. In 2019-2020, Laura Arce completed the Certified Executive Coach program at ICT International Coaching Technologies.

6. In 2020, Laura Arce earned a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Le Pont - Berkeley.
