Roberto Navarro has an extensive work experience in the field of compliance and auditing. Roberto is currently serving as the Head of Assurance - Monitoring & Testing at Billpocket, where they lead the assurance initiatives for the company. Prior to this, they worked as the Compliance Assurance Manager at Billpocket, focusing on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Before joining Billpocket, Roberto worked at Exitus Credit as a Senior Audit Manager. In this role, they supervised and coordinated the audit team in conducting operational, financial, accounting, credit, and IT reviews. Roberto also contributed to process improvement by implementing new controls, structuring policy and procedure manuals, and developing risk matrices.

Roberto has also gained relevant experience working at MONEX GRUPO FINANCIERO as a compliance professional, ensuring adherence to regulatory norms. Roberto has also served as a Manager of Financial Crime Compliance at HSBC, where they played a crucial role in managing financial crime risks.

Roberto Navarro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Higher Studies of the Colegio Holandés. Roberto pursued this degree from 1997 to 2001. Following this, from 2013 to 2014, they completed a diploma in Skills for Managing Collaborators at the Monterrey Institute of Technology. Finally, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Administration and Management of Companies from the Universidad Anáhuac. Roberto accomplished this degree from 2016 to 2021.
