Esther Pomeleo-Fowler serves as the VP of Global Support at WorkWave since June 2024. Prior to this role, Esther worked as an Independent Consultant at EP-F Consulting, providing guidance to post-sales leaders to enhance customer success and support outcomes. With extensive experience at Blackbaud, Esther held several key positions including Head of Customer Experience, where performance across the global installed base was monitored, and roles as VP of Customer Success and VP of Professional Services, focusing on operational excellence and scalability. Earlier in Esther's career, key achievements at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included the establishment of a global support team and significant improvements in customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from The University of Texas at Austin.
