Manthan Jani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Manthan started their career at Upwork as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they created test plans and scenarios and worked with the development team to correct bugs and errors. Manthan then moved on to Sitel as a Customer Service Specialist, resolving customer complaints, providing product and service information, and troubleshooting technical issues.

After Sitel, Manthan joined SmartRecruiters as a Technical Support Engineer, wherein they interacted with customers and vendors to resolve issues and provided advice on using SmartRecruiters. Currently, they are working at Billtrust as an Application Support Engineer, responsible for developing and implementing eCommerce websites, data mapping and extraction, and designing customer bill templates. Manthan also works as a technical partner for new client implementations and modifications.
