Mitchell Woll has a diverse work experience in instructional design. Mitchell worked at Billtrust from January 2020 to August 2021 as an Instructional Designer, where they were responsible for assessing knowledge gaps, defining objectives, and creating curricula. Mitchell also designed and developed content based on software changes and customer needs. Prior to that, Mitchell worked at GHX from June 2015 to January 2020 as an Instructional Designer, where they designed and developed various learning materials, conducted needs analysis, and ensured instructional integrity. Before that, they worked at The Breakaway Group, Inc. from March 2011 to June 2015, starting as an Instructional Writer and later becoming an Instructional Designer.
