Shuvro Basu

Shuvro Basu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Shuvro currently holds the position of Program Manager at Billtrust since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Billtrust from May 2022 to July 2022.

Before joining Billtrust, Shuvro worked at Accenture for a significant period, starting in July 2005. At Accenture, they held the roles of Business Integration Architect Manager from October 2018 to May 2022 and Program, Project, and Service Management Associate Manager from July 2005 to May 2021. In these roles, they managed projects, led teams, and handled change management responsibilities for various clients, including Fortune 100 companies, in the pharmaceutical industry. Shuvro also played a key role in designing and developing a change management tool working with an external vendor.

Prior to Accenture, Shuvro worked at American Express India Private Limited as an MIS Analyst from April 2003 to July 2005. In this role, they were responsible for performance-related pay calculation, goal setting, preparing business reviews, and managing MIS operations for Credit & Collections.

Overall, Shuvro has a strong background in project and program management, change management, and MIS analysis gained through their experiences at Billtrust, Accenture, and American Express.

Shuvro Basu holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University, which they earned from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science from the University of Calcutta, from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Shuvro Basu also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Tata Infotech, during the period of 1993 to 1994. Shuvro has also acquired various certifications throughout their career, including "Hackers Exposed" and "The Complete Cyber Security Course - Volume 1 - Hackers Exposed" from StationX in May 2022, "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance in January 2022, and "Microsoft Certified Professional" from Microsoft in October 2001.
