Viktoria Giourou

Viktoria Giourou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Viktoria is currently employed at Billtrust as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Europe. Prior to this, they worked at Companjon as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

From 2020 to 2022, Viktoria worked at Mambu. Here, they held the positions of Regional Talent Partner EMEA and Works Counsel Member, as well as Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Works Counsel Member, they were responsible for maintaining a positive working environment and relationship between employees and Senior Management. In their role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, they were involved in sourcing and recruiting talent for the organization.

Before joining Mambu, from 2018 to 2020, Viktoria worked at Eurasian Resources Group as a Corporate Recruiter. In this role, they managed and professionalized the full recruitment process across EMEA and APAC for various departments, and also contributed to HR initiatives such as system optimization and background check projects.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Questomatica Escape Experiences, where they organized team-building events and managed collaborations and partnerships. Viktoria also served as a Project Recruiter EMEA at Booking.com, where they successfully completed a project by sourcing and hiring professionals for the Customer Support department.

Viktoria also has experience as a Recruitment Sourcer at Petroplan, where they sourced and screened candidates, and as an Expat Coordinator at Law Firm IOANNA LIONTOY.

Viktoria began their career in the field of graphic design, gaining experience at companies such as IPTV Network, GRAFO ARTISTI, SM GRAPHICS, and URBAN STUDIOS.

Throughout their career, Viktoria has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, event coordination, and graphic design. Viktoria is known for their ability to work under tight deadlines and their commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience.

From 2009 to 2011, Viktoria Giourou attended IEK Glyfada, where they obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design. Viktoria'sfield of study during this period was focused on Graphic Design.
