Eivind Hagen

Eivind Hagen has over 20 years of diverse work experience in the technology industry. Eivind is currently serving as the Chief Software Architect at Billwerk+ Denmark since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tradeshift as a Staff Software Engineer from April 2022 to February 2023. Eivind also worked as a Software Architect & Partner at Reepay from January 2018 to April 2022, where they contributed to the development of a cloud-based SaaS subscription management platform and a payment gateway. Before that, they served as a Senior IT Architect at BRFkredit from December 2016 to December 2017. Eivind has also held various architect roles at Nets Group from October 2012 to November 2016, including Enterprise Architect, Domain Architect, and System Architect. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Application Architect at Nykredit from August 2006 to September 2012, where they participated in a variety of IT projects and took on the role of technical project leader. Eivind's work experience also includes roles as a Software Developer at Exerp from March 2004 to July 2006, a Research Assistant at the University of Copenhagen from September 2002 to April 2003, an IT Consultant at UNI-DATA Logistica from January 2000 to January 2002, and a Software Developer at AHEAD in 1999, where they developed websites for various clients.

Eivind Hagen completed their M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, graduating in 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect from Amazon Web Services in December 2017, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2012, Oracle Certified Master, Java EE 5 Enterprise Architect from Oracle in July 2011, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2007, and Sun Certified Enterprise Architect (SCEA) from Sun Microsystems in April 2007.
