Jenny Tsao has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and operations. Jenny is currently VP Demand Marketing at BILT Incorporated (SaaS CX Platform), a position they have held since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for driving customer acquisition strategies across all paid and earned channels, and partnering with senior leaders to define and execute customer and new logo strategies. Prior to this, they were Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations at Omnitracs from 2019-2022. In this role, they were responsible for setting strategy, driving alignment, and prioritizing go-to-market initiatives. Additionally, they were PPM Product Marketing Manager at Nielsen Audio from 2000-2019, where they developed go-to-market launch strategies and managed the introduction of the Portable People Meter into top 50 radio markets.

Jenny Tsao holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2014, they obtained a CEB Challenger Marketing certification from CEB in June. In 2016, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certification - Level III (PMC III) from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
