Mark Kuil is a Senior Scientist at Bilthoven Biologicals since November 2019, with prior experience as a Project Leader in R&D at Cabot Norit Activated Carbon from June 2011 to June 2019, focusing on product development and process upscaling. Earlier roles include Scientist in medicinal chemistry at Abbott Healthcare from September 2008 to May 2011 and a Post-doctoral researcher at BASF Nederland B.V. from December 2006 to August 2008. An internship at Solvay Pharmaceuticals in 2001 involved developing strategies for catalysis. Mark Kuil holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam and an MSc in Chemistry from Utrecht University.
