Rolf Bogers-Jacobsen

Rolf Bogers-Jacobsen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rolf started their career at SEB as a Student Worker and later worked as a Marketing Project Specialist. In 2005, they joined Nordania Leasing as a Business Coordinator and gradually progressed to become a Business Developer, Head of Business Development, and finally Nordic Head of Asset Finance Business Development. During their time at Nordania Leasing, they introduced agile approaches, managed budgets, developed pricing methodologies, and implemented external data sources. In 2012, they joined Danske Bank as Cluster Lead Asset Finance Tribe, where they developed and executed digital transformation strategies and oversaw a team of 50+ employees. Rolf then became Deputy Commercial Tribe Lead Asset Finance Tribe, focusing on redesigning the tribe to increase engagement and define objectives and key results. Currently, Rolf holds the position of Chief Product Officer at Auto IT.

Rolf Bogers-Jacobsen completed their secondary education by earning a Matematisk student degree from Køge Gymnasium between 1993 and 1996. Later, from 1997 to 2004, they attended Copenhagen Business School, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this period.
