Avinash Gaikwad

Avinash Gaikwad has a diverse work history starting in 1998 with the Export-Import Bank of India as a Deputy Manager until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked at The Times of India as a Deputy Manager for The Economic Times Intelligence Group, where they launched a research and finance portal. Continuing with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., they served as a Deputy Chief Manager for The Economic Times from 2002 to 2007, focusing on business development and investment decisions in the BFSI sector. Following this, Avinash joined Times Private Treaties, a division of The Times of India Group, as a Deputy Chief Manager from 2007 to 2008, where they handled business development and relationship management. Avinash then shifted to Aon Affinity India, a joint venture arm of Aon Inc., as the Vice President for Affinity Solutions from 2008 to 2016. There, they were responsible for sales, innovation, and marketing of customer engagement programs. From 2016 to 2022, Avinash worked at Willis Towers Watson India as the Practice Leader for Affinity & Alliances, leading the establishment of the Affinity and Alliances business in India and the region. In 2022, they joined Bimaplan as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), taking on a strategic role at Coverplan Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Avinash Gaikwad completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai from 1989 to 1993. Avinash then pursued a Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Avinash earned a certification in AI Business School from Microsoft in May 2019.
