Meghana Singh

Meghana Singh began their work experience in 2018 as a Human Resources Intern at CareerNet Technologies, where they were responsible for recruitment processes and sourcing candidates. In 2019, they joined en world group as a Human Resources Generalist, where they worked until 2021. In this role, they gained experience in various HR functions. Currently, Meghana is working at Bimaplan as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources. Their responsibilities include providing HR guidance, managing HR activities, and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related questions.

Meghana Singh has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Mysore, which they obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bangalore University from 2014 to 2017. From 2012 to 2014, Meghana attended Karnataka State Open University, where they completed their 12th grade in the field of Business/Commerce. Their educational journey began at Modern English School, where they completed their earlier education from 2002 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Meghana has obtained various certifications on topics such as embracing change, strategic thinking, developing a learning mindset, icebreakers for teams and meetings, protecting confidentiality in human resources, LinkedIn recruiter training, designing training programs, the practices of high-performing employees, and using the L&D organization as a competitive advantage. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn between the months of April and August 2020.
