Alexandr K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandr started their career at Holding Producty Pitania in 2013, where they worked as a Sap-analytics and system administrator, providing help desk support, troubleshooting OS, installing and changing periphery equipment, and supporting PC park organization.

In 2014, they joined Tinkoff Bank as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for user support in systems like Siebel, Nice, ICManager, and Active Directory, managing user permissions, roles, and group communication.

After that, they worked at Rosgosstrakh Insurance Company from 2017 to 2023, initially as a Senior of the department of automation DIT, where they administered VMs and supported various operating systems. Later, they became the DevOps Team Lead, overseeing DevOps services and implementing various tools and processes related to CI/CD, DevOps governance, and automation tests.

Most recently, Alexandr worked at Bimeister in 2023 as a Team Lead DevOps, where they implemented the concept of "DevOps as a service" and audited product maturity matrix. Alexandr'sresponsibilities included supporting and developing infrastructure, managing the team, implementing NAP and IPD, and creating a transparent process for the DevOps service.

Throughout their career, Alexandr has demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of technologies and tools, including programming languages, APIs, databases, streaming platforms, and DevSecOps tools. Alexandr has also been an active participant in conferences and events related to DevOps and leadership.

Alexandr K. holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Project CIS from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University), which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Science, earning a Specialist degree in Project EIS from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, Alexandr has obtained certifications in various fields, including DevOps adaptation, Appdynamics, and Haproxy development.
