Alina Korchan

Alina Korchan has a wealth of experience in IT Recruiting. Alina began their career in 2012 as an Economist at OTP Bank. In 2013, they joined IT Staff as an IT Recruiter and Senior IT Recruiter. At IT Staff, they were responsible for establishing and managing a team of IT recruiters, training new recruiters, and providing mentoring support. In 2015, they moved to SoftServe as a Recruiter and to Govitall.com as an IT Recruiter. In 2016, they joined N-iX as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2020, they moved to Intellias as an IT Recruiter and to Playtini as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Binariks Inc. as an IT Recruiter.

Alina Korchan received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Banking Management from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman between 2011 and 2014. Alina also received a Master's degree in Banking from the same university between 2006 and 2011.
